1. Does the precision mold have special rings or eye holes: Whether the position of the eye holes can make the mold in a balanced lifting state.

2. If the precision mold has a pneumatic or hydraulic structure, whether its accessories are complete; whether the control elements such as valves and travel switches are flexible in action.

3. The closed state of the precision mold must have a locking plate to prevent accidental opening of the mold during hoisting, which may cause accidents.

4. Whether the overall height and external dimensions of the precision mold meet the dimensional conditions of the selected injection machine.

5. For precision molds with side core-pulling structures, some core-pulling directions are required, so the installation orientation must not be changed.

6. Use a precision mold pressing plate to fix the mold.
