1) Dimensional accuracy

According to the size noted on the part drawing, the requirement of the workpiece is not high, adopting IT14 precision, ordinary blanking can meet the requirements.

2) Roughness and section quality

Check the table 2-12 of “Stamping Manual”, the thickness of general blanking parts is t≤1.0mm metal sheet

When the roughness of the section is 3.2um; this product does not require high section roughness and dimensional accuracy,

so the quality of the section can be guaranteed, and it can be completely formed by the punching processing method
